[Part 4] WordPress Setup Tutorial on Local Server
As we develop WordPress themes, our WordPress will need to test the theme. Now if we do not set up WordPress on the local server, we will avoid many problems such as avoiding repeated project uploads, do not have to unzip the zip again, do not have to upload the zip again and again.
It turns out that the entire theme is not running due to a function error, then upload that function again and again to see if it is okay or not. We will do a better project on the local server and set it up on the WordPress local server where the theme folder is You have to copy the folder and paste it into the wordpress / wp-content / themes / folder of WordPress. Just go to the local server at http: // localhost: 8080 / wordpress / this location will activate the theme, just do a bus review to see if the error is coming or all the functionality is going well, then paste it into that folder again. Go and fix the error. What? Is it a lot easier and better than fixing a upload project again? Yes, of course, I have learned to practice in this way and you have to practice a lot of small things.
So come back to the original work, many are bummed. First download the WordPress version from the link below. I had 5.1.2. I was working with that. You can download the latest version from below:
